What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number. When you buy a course we store the transaction record returned by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

As you learn we record which lessons you have opened and completed, and how long you watched, so we can show your progress and issue certificates.

How we use it

• To give you access to what you bought and track your progress.
• To send account email: verification, receipts, class reminders and course updates.
• To answer you when you contact support.
• To understand which courses are working, in aggregate.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not email you marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the platform: our hosting provider, our payment gateway, our email provider, and Cloudflare R2 where course media is stored. Each sees only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to support@placementor.co.in and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your progress and access; transaction records are kept where the law requires.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. That is it — no advertising or tracking cookies.
