The agreement

By creating an account or buying a course on Mentorly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person — sharing logins so several people can take one purchase is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do it.

What you get

Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch and use its material for the access period shown at checkout. Where that says lifetime, it means for as long as we run the platform.

What you may not do

• Download, record, re-upload or resell our videos and materials.
• Share your account or course links with people who have not paid.
• Use the material to run a competing course.

Doing any of these ends your access without a refund.

Live sessions

Live class dates are announced in advance. If we have to move a session we will tell you as early as we can, and recordings stay available for the period stated on the course.

Certificates

A certificate confirms you completed the course on this platform. It is not a formal qualification and is not accredited by any university or government body.

Changes

We may update a course's material to keep it current — that is normal and usually an improvement. If we materially change these terms we will email account holders.
